Did Bush lie about Weapons of Mass Destruction?

If you say Bush "lied", you must also say Kerry and Edwards and Bill Clinton and even France's Chirac did too. They all saw pretty much the same intelligence info and came to the same conclusion. This is the mother of political cheap shots!
And the critics forget what Bush actually said before the war: "we must deal with Saddam before the threat is imminent." That is precisely why the war was controversial in the first place! If it was a proven, imminent threat, there would have been no discussion.
