But our intelligence was flawed!

In the real world, you have to make decisions based on incomplete information.  Of course we should improve our CIA and "do better next time", but this is irrelevant to the question - we had to make a decision in spring of 2003 based on what we knew at the time.

And this criticism is particularly hypocritical coming from John Kerry: remember it was John Kerry and his fellow democrats who cut the CIA budget during the Clinton years.  Remember also, John Kerry did not even attend many of the senate intelligence committee meetings.  To the extent the CIA screwed up, Kerry is more at fault than Bush.
